Shipping and Delivery
Current shipping rates 2023:
Australia $10.95 flat rate. Postage is a subsidised rate over $200.
New Zealand $14.95 NZD flat rate.
Rest of world prices vary based on purchase.
We aim to ship your products within 2 business days from the time we receive your order. We use Australia Post for all our shipping.
Please note: in busy new release or holiday periods, orders may take longer to be dispatched. Please check our website header, Facebook and Instagram for updates during these times.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items damaged by Australia Post during delivery. We recommend taking out insurance to cover any loss or damage to your goods in transit. This option is available in your cart.
Express Post - Australia: $15.95 This service is for express post only, not express packing. If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly through email or our contact page after you place your order for your order to be put on our priority packing list.
General Shipping info
Where an order contains pre-order or backorder items, we will wait until all items are available so that we can ship everything together.
The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout. If we do not know the final price for postage (for example, for some international destinations), we will charge shipping separately. Please contact us for a quote for shipping in these cases.
GIFT WRAP/BOX - dependant on the size of the products ordered, we will use our discretion on whether the item/s are gift wrapped and or boxed. We have a small & large box. If item/s do not fit in the largest box or 2 large boxes, the item/s will be gift wrapped only.
Delayed, lost and damaged parcels
We use Australia Post for all our parcels. When your parcel is sent, you will receive tracking from Australia Post.
Sometimes, parcels take longer than expected. Please understand that this is completely out of our control. Where a parcel is taking longer than usual, it is important it is given ample time to be delivered. Australia Post will not conduct an investigation into your parcel until the service standard is exceeded.
Please note that any lost parcels are not the responsibility of Baby Bare. We offer shipping insurance at check out and recommend that this is taken out in the case of lost or damaged goods.
Parcels lost in transit
Where a parcel stops moving through the Australia Post system, an investigation must be started. This takes 3-5 business days. Please be aware that Australia Post will not start an investigation until their normal delivery timeframe has elapsed. Please be aware that the only way to receive a replacement or refund is if you have insured your parcel.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes to that order. This is due to the number of enquiries received and our commitment to shipping orders quickly. Where a request is made to make a change to an order, and it is not responded to, and the order ships, we will not be liable for costs arising to make changes. We will not exchange or reship at our expense. Customers are given three opportunities to review their order before final confirmation and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have selected the correct products from our online store.
We will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours if there is any problem with your order such as colours in stock or payment.
While we will endeavour to follow any instructions in the provided in the comments section of the checkout process, we cannot guarantee that they will be followed. We reserve the right to process your order without regard to these comments where necessary. In particular this applies to sale items or trials that are sold without the option to choose particular prints.
